Aspiration Company

If you walk into TXM offices across the world, or you bump into one or more of the team on the road, you get the same feeling from them: Positive, upbeat and aggressive when hunting for business. An acute sense of fun, where mavericks and entrepreneurs are encouraged and rewarded and their occasional failures are not treated as fatal. There's abuzz about the place and a buzz about the guys. The Extra Mile is a very fitting title!"

Clear Company
The Clear Company is delighted to support and applaud TXM Recruit’s journey to
become one of the country’s first specialist recruitment firms to achieve the Clear Assured status. Clear also provides the national online Clearkit™ (www.clearkit.co.uk) employer resource and the ClearAssured assessment and development programme to help employers identify and remove barriers facing disabled people from recruitment processes.

Danbro
"Having worked with TXM for over 4 years, we have always enjoyed a close working relationship with them. Our mutual client, ‘the contractor’ has always been at the heart of everything that they do, which is also one of Danbro’s core values.

TXM’s consultants regularly see their candidates on a weekly basis and utilise their industry specific experience to support the candidate throughout the life of their contracting careers.

Additionally, TXM’s payroll department is amongst the most effective that Danbro has had the pleasure of working with, always cooperative, flexible and highly professional.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TXM to any contractor or client seeking to use their services."

Noisy Little Monkey

"We’ve been Digital Marketing partner with the TXM Group for some time now. To effectively market online in such a competitive environment requires an openness to new ideas and a willingness to be part of the wider online community, contributing to debate and sharing best practice. Working closely with the company's in-house digital marketing coordinator, Sam Ficek, we feel like part of the family and we love it. Perhaps it can best be summed up by saying that for the Noisy Little Monkey team, working closely with TXM Recruit's marketing agency Ignition Collective we feel like a team"
