It’s important to us that you trust TXM Recruit Ltd, our products and services and we want you to know that the information you share with us is treated with care. This privacy statement explains how we handle personal information you share with TXM Recruit businesses in the UK & US.

We obtain information in a number of ways – from signing up as a candidate or for our newsletter on this website, from other TXM Recruit related websites, at events, on business reply cards or through our customer call centres.

We may share your information within the TXM Group of companies or with our suppliers, but for the exclusive purpose of providing services for us (for example, mailing information in response to your request for information) and with our business partners to conduct joint marketing programs.

Any CV or application details you provide on this website are not shared except where this is necessary for us to fulfil our role as a recruiter. Obviously we must provide career history details to prospective employers, but we do not share this kind of information more wide. 

Any information you provide will be held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We have taken measures to safeguard the personal information in our possession from theft, inappropriate use, or improper distribution. We have security policies and procedures appropriate to the level of confidentiality of the data we collect. Our suppliers have signed agreements to protect and use your data according to our requirements. It should, however, be recognized that no company can perfectly protect personal information.
